Refund and Cancellation Policy

1          Products

We have a 90 day money-back guarantee on all our physical and digital products.  Some of our products will have a money-back guarantee that is longer than 90 days and that will be obvious at the time of purchase. You may return any physical products (Books, CDs and DVDs) in good condition within 90 days for a full refund on your purchase price. For digital products, please email us at info@extraordinarycoach.co.uk and we will refund your purchase price in full.

2          Seminars

If for any reason you need to cancel your attendance at one of our seminars, we will happily refund your attendance fee in full up to one month before the event.  Any cancellations within a month of the date of the seminar will occur a 20% (of the total attendance fee) cancellation charge.

Our refund and cancellation policy does not affect your statutory Rights

Copyright and Ownership of Data

We own the data (except that provided by you) and the copyright of information supplied by us on this website and in our products.  You may not copy it, publish it or reproduce it to any third party without our express agreement in writing.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of this website.  Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers.  The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the website. Our Payment services providers may also send you cookies.
