For digital products, please email us at info@extraordinarycoach.co.uk and we will refund your purchase price in full. 2 Seminars If for any reason you need to cancel your attendance at one of our seminars, we will happily refund your attendance fee in full up to one month before the event. Any cancellations within a month of the date of the seminar will occur a 20% (of the total attendance fee) cancellation charge.
